A number of you have experienced quality issues with the Blendabilities product line, which has resulted in alot of frustration.
Due to the nature of the defect, Stampin' Up! have concluded that difficulties, dissatisfaction, and product returns will only become more widespread.
Unfortunately the manufacturer is unable to correct the problem in a manner that would meet Stampin' Ups! high quality standards and provide Stampin' Up! with a stable, long-term solution.
Therefore, after a great deal of deliberation and in order to prevent further disappointment, the Blendabilities product line has been discontinued. :(
With Blendabilities no longer available as a Sale-A-Bration option, it is anticipated that the demand on
other Sale-A-Bration items will be higher than forecasted.
For that reason, all Sale-A-Bration items (with
the exception of stamps) will now be “while supplies last”.
My personal opinion is that I am happy Stampin' Up! have made the decision to pull such a popular product completely rather than to allow customer dissatisfaction, despite this being at a huge expense to the company.
It goes to show without doubt that Stampin' Up! only sell hight quality products and that their quality assurance systems are the best in the industry
Most of the faulty batches were discovered before they even got to the warehouse therefore the majority work as intended however there are a rouge few that managed to escape into your hands.
If you have purchased Blendabilities I ask you to please use your best judgement to determine whether your item is defective, If you believe it is then please contact me so that I can arrange for a replacement item or refund.
