MDS Monday

Good morning and welcome to another week

What are we all up to this Bank Holiday??

i would like to appoligise for the missing MDS Monday from last week I was so busy preparing for the workshop I did on tuesday before I knew it, it was wednesday and i'd lost a whole day :)

I have been playing with MDS again and this week I made a Tri-fold card

I don't have anyone to send the card to I just decided a little boys card would be nice.

For this card I used

SENTIMENT: Bring on the cake

MDS has some gorgeous products that aren't available in the catalogues and its great to be able to play around with something new.

We are still waiting for a release date for this wonderful product but I know when you get your hands on it you are just going to LOVE it

Sunshine house Workshop

Well what a fabulous day I had yesterday

I held what I call my 1st 'corporate' workshop

Im a member of a local Craft group called Crafty Wiganers and they sell and promote their products through a local community centre called Sunshine House.

All this week they are running workshops for the local commuinity and they asked me to put one together and host it for them.

I knew just the workshop to host as I had done it before and the finished product is gorgeous (In my opinion)

The workshop was full and held a mix of experienced crafters to someone doing it for the 1st time

From listening to the comments floating around the morning everyone seemed to enjoy the workshop and like the end product.

When asked by the centre if they would like to see more Stampin Up workshops there was a resounding Yes from everyone at the table

I would just like to thank all at Sunshine house for asking me to host the workshop and letting me share Stampin up with the commuinity.  I was told at least twice yesterday they were converted to Stampin Up - which is exactly what I wanted to hear.

Thank you to everyone that attended it was great to meet some new people and of course to see some familiar faces.

I am very much looking forward to seeing you all again and to hosting my next workshop - if you will have me xx

I have just joined a group called Late Night Stampers and they are a group of creative and inspiring  Stampin up Demonstrators from across the globe and they have a little bit of fun for you all.

Its a treasure Hunt that will take you across 3 countries

USA

UK 

CANADA

each country will be offering a prize for the person who gets ALL 50 clues attached to the blogs you visit.

(please note prizes will differ in each country 

and you will only win a prize for the country you reside in)
