WOW I have been rubbish at blogging this week :(

however its friday which means time for some Stampin' Up Pintrest inspiration :)

This week I wanted to ink up my new Stampin' Up Petal Parade stamps set which you can earn FREE through

I used the 2012-2014 In colour collection and the sentiment was from Hello, Lovely

I used this sample for my card kits and my recent crop - they went down really well with my ladies and their final projects were lovely

New Feature - Pintrest Fridays

Happy Friday everyone

I don't know about you but Im obsessed with Pintrest

My Pintrest boards are actually quite organised 

All my boards are named as per the Stampin' Up product used - which make s it easier for me when I get a new product to see what other Stampin' Uppers are doing

BUT

I never make any of the pins I pin - and I have loads

SO

I have set myself a challenge which is leading to a new Blog feature

PINTREST FRIDAYS

The challenge is a simple one

each week I will recreate a pin found on pintrest and blog it

I am also going to set up a new board called Pintrest Fridays so I can add my recreated pins to pintrest

Seeing as this week has been all about Stampin' Ups SAB i have decided to use a stamp set from the promotion that I havent used yet

We woke up to sunshine this morning in Wigan :)

which means the kids are actually able to put down the IPad and DS and play outside but what are they doing instead - watching TV and crafting (the later I can excuse because after all thats whet Im spending my day doing)

MDS Monday

Happy Monday everyone

What a horrible weekend I have had

May daughter hasn't been very well so we spent Saturday indoors then yesterday we were kept in by the horrendous weather we are experiencing.

A friend of min posted a picture yesterday of his back garden and it resembled a river :(

Surely there has to be some let up sometime

if you are someone who has been effected like this then my heart goes out to you and I hope there is an end to it soon

One upside to the weather has meant time for crafting :)

I have been busy planning some classes and decided MDS was a good a place as any to make my poster :)

The more I play with MDS the easier I am finding it to use - having not used digital crafting software before it took me completely out of my comfort zone

It is proving a very useful tool to have

i love you Day party

Good Afternoon

It has turned into a cold wet and windy day here in Wigan - 

which is sad as the sun was shining at 9am :(

we have done our homework - building a volcano

and practiced writing our full name

Im so proud of my babies and how fast they are growing up and how much they are learning on a daily basis

BUT

now I need to share with you my latest Stampin' Up event :)

last night I hosted my annual

I Love You Day party 

where my fabulously talented ladies made a card and bag set to send to a loved one for valentines - which we all see as a day to celebrate our love for everyone not just partners :)

I scouted Pintrest and another favorite blog of mine at the moment Pootles and found 2 gorgeous projects to teach the ladies that attended 

I made each ladies a little gift for coming using the GORGEOUS Scalloped Tag Topper Punch (133324 £20.95) from the Spring summer catalogue

these were taken from Pootles Blog

 I saw the original card on Pintrest and fell in love with its simplicity

We used the Language of Love stamp set ( spring summer catalogue)

This bag was seen on Pootles Blog (one place I am a frequent visitor at the moment)

and I made it using retired DSP

The ladies all seemed to really enjoy creating their own versions and Im looking forward to them sharing the pictures with me soon
