Good afternoon from a wet and grey Wigan

The sun has left us and it is once again raining - good for the plants I suppose :)

I wanted to let you know how my Burlap Wreath Party went last friday

FABULOUS!!!!

My ladies all made gorgeous wreaths - I'm wondering how many actually make it as gifts or will be kept??

The Wreath kit comes with full instructions on how to create the flowers - of course you have complete artistic license to add extras to your wreath but they are so beautiful I left mine how it was

I have made 2 wreaths this is my original one as the one i made at my party IS being given as a gift - but I obviously needed my own as well :)

Stampin' Up Owl Punch

Like most crafters I currently have a box full of scraps 

When my children's head teacher asked if the coffee morning parents could help with a little fund raising at the school I reached for my scraps and the 

Stampin' up Owl Punch

and knew exactly what i was going to do

after 6 hours of punching and sticking I had 28 matching toppers and a few random toppers

after another hour I had 28 pencils ready for the school tuck shop :)

Once Frankie and Lillie had pinched the one they wanted they were handed over to the school 

fingers crossed they sell well and raise some pennies for the school

it gave me ideas for more pencil toppers and other little bits suitable for a primary school tuck shop so watch this space as im sure there will be more to share soon :)

Stampin' Up - MDS Monday

Happy Monday everyone :)

A beautiful sunny spring day here in Wigan the temperature has reached double figures :)

Frankie played his second rugby game yesterday and scored his 1st try - very proud mummy and daddy were stood on the side lines  - only problem being I missed it :(

I have been "official" team photographer since the start of the season and was so busy trying to get a photo I missed it hehe - Infact out of the 7 trys scored by our team I managed to get 1 - I have promised to do better next week :)

A big well done to our boys they played fantastic and cant wait for next weeks game :)

Right - Its monday so that means its time for a little MDS sample
